She provides practical, solution-based guidance based on her extensive experience advising businesses on both strategy and execution.
Zoila’s most recent role before joining Axiom Advice & Counsel was as the lead attorney and strategic advisor to one of the largest business units for a publicly-traded technology company, where she was responsible for supporting all legal matters for the senior executive team. In that role, Zoila advised multiple business teams on legal matters for product development and regulatory compliance, including compliance related to international market expansion, commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, global corporate management, M&A integrations, privacy related matters, and intellectual property. Zoila also has experience working in both legal and business roles for the aerospace unit of a public technology and engineering company, where she led negotiations for multimillion-dollar commercial and technology contracts and the development of strategic partnerships for multiple business units and product teams.
