Heather Jacobson is an experienced operator in the legal industry. She leads strategic operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency and leveraging technology to deliver the best possible client experience. Jacobson previously led multiple consulting teams focused on the legal industry at Deloitte, UnitedLex Corporation, and Consilio, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between corporate legal departments and law firms. Her expertise spans strategic planning, data-driven decision making, finance and spend management, technology and data management, and resource optimization for in-house and law firm teams. She is known for her creative and agile solutioning to drive transformation and has delivered significant cost savings across organizations.
In her most recent role at Deloitte, she collaboratively built a global team including hiring, playbooks and methodology, go-to-market strategy, and client experience. She led Deloitte's spend management service line, inclusive of legal spend analysis, law firm preferred provider programs, and legal operations ongoing services. Heather has also operated as an in-house legal operations leader across multiple organizations in her 15-year career in the legal industry.
