In that role, Zoila advised multiple business teams on legal matters for product development and regulatory compliance, including compliance related to international market expansion, commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, global corporate management, M&A integrations, privacy related matters, and intellectual property. Zoila also has experience working in both legal and business roles for the aerospace unit of a public technology and engineering company, where she led negotiations for multimillion-dollar commercial and technology contracts and the development of strategic partnerships for multiple business units and product teams.
